A confirmed registration is required in order to participate at the Workshop on Ion Exchange Membranes for Energy Applications from June 20th – 22nd, 2022. Registration is possible only using the webpage and will close on May 6th, 2022 is extended until May 8th, 2022.
We kindly ask you to give the full and correct information in the required fields during the registration process. After completion of the registration process, an electronic information of the registration will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user. The final confirmation of your participation and the invoice will be sent a few days later.
Due to current regulations of the event location participants have to be fully vaccinated, recovered or daily tested (3G). Please keep yourself updated about current regulations at the tab “Event Safety & Hygiene”.
We kindly ask all invited speakers to use the personal invitation code which has been sent separately by mail.
The participation fee is €495 incl. VAT and includes:
The workshop presentations, hot/cold drinks during the workshop sessions and breaks, lunch, the get together on the first evening, conference dinner on the second evening and the sightseeing tour on the last workshop day.
Travel expenses and accommodation are not included.

Participants are obliged to pay the participation fee within 14 days under quoting the invoice number. Amendments or cancellations regarding your participation must be sent via email to helpdesk[at]besl-eventagentur.de.

Until May 8th, 2022: 100% refund minus a 50,00 € administrative charge
From May 9th, 2022: No refund

If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
